After nearly seven years of work — from initial meetings and design through construction — the $35-million Mell Classroom Academic Building is finally a reality. Twenty-six new classrooms, ranging in capacity from 30 students to more than 70, will be a new home for dozens of liberal arts, education, agriculture and COSAM classes.  A large, open atrium filled with natural lighting greets students.
