According to Jay Tate of Auburnsports.com, Whitehead did not board the bus to Columbus, Ga., with the rest of the team on Wednesday. Whitehead has been an impact player for the Tigers this year, with two interceptions in two games, including a pick-six against Arkansas. Nothing is known about why Whitehead didn't make the trip , or his future with the team.
