Students warm up for dance marathon

Students will boogie, swing and cut a rug at the Auburn University Dance Marathon benefiting Habitat for Humanity."Students should expect one thing, to have fun while raising money for an awesome cause," said John Michael Roehm, executive AUDM officer.The 12-hour marathon is this Friday in the New Center Ballroom.

Buskist honored with psychology award

Professor William Buskist is to be presented with a lifetime achievement accolade. It's called the Charles Brewer Distinguished Teaching of Psychology Award. "In addition to a free trip for two to Canada," Buskist said, "it includes a $2,000 check and a plaque."The American Psychological Association said recipients are required to exhibit an excellent record in teaching.
