The Student Government Association approved a proposal at the Oct. 27 meeting that will affect final exam schedules beginning in fall 2017. The recommendation of alterations to the final exam schedule were proposed by Walker Byrd, Senator at-large, and Caroline Beauchaine, senator for academic affairs and mandated that teachers must have all tests, projects and assignments finished for that class the last Friday of the semester.

Mason Briles felt he had nowhere to turn for support. Briles said he felt no one was in his situation and would understand. He anonymously turned to Twitter to see if there was anyone out there who knew what he was going through. He quickly found many people who have gone through the same thing he was experiencing. United States Senator Jeff Sessions and Admiral Michael S. Rogers spoke on Wednesday afternoon at the "Forum of World Affairs" at the Auburn University Hotel and Conference Center. Rogers, an Auburn alumni, is currently head of the National Security Agency and Director of the U.S. Cyber Command.
One thing we pride ourselves in as a University and a student body is being the "Auburn Family." With that in mind, it's sad to see how The Plainsman has abused their voice as the major media outlet on campus to excessively shame fellow students with no regard to the countless hours of work they put in on a weekly basis to better this University.
As my senior year at Auburn University is quickly coming to a close, I reflect on my last three and a half years with a lot of great memories. With these great memories, I owe a great amount of credit to Auburn University's Greek system. Greek Life has played a large role in my life as an Auburn student, and I would not be who I am today without this campus organization. Auburn's Greek system gave me the opportunity to get involved on campus. It helped me adjust to the heavy load of schoolwork and studying, and it introduced me to a lifetime of friendships.
