Peach, an app created by the co-founder of Vine, Dom Hofmann, was released on Jan. 8 and already seems to be taking mobile users by storm. Talked about by numerous bloggers, websites and eager users, Peach was able to get its name out there and have increasing numbers of downloads. Acclaimed for encompassing a variety of methods for users to connect and update each other, Peach allows users to be more efficient and creative in their sharing.

Five men from England visit Auburn for Halloween

Even though the Auburn football team lost the game Saturday, Oct. 30, fans dressed in costumes were ready to experience Halloween, including five men from Tower Bridge, England. Cousins Danny and Carl Bradbury, Chris Pilling, Elliott Cox and Phil Chrimes visited Auburn after hearing it was amazing from Danny's brother, according to Pilling.

Auburn-Opelika area named Alabama's drunkest city

The 24/7 Wall St., a financial news and opinion website, released the latest rankings of the drunkest city in each state, and the Auburn-Opelika area claimed the title for Alabama. The rankings are based on the percentage of people in each city who are binge or heavy drinkers, which was 17.8 percent, in relation to the same criteria statewide, which was 12.2 percent.
