Alleged University Heights shooter accused of having sex with a corrections officer

A female Montgomery County corrections officer was charged with custodial sexual misconduct Tuesday after allegedly having sex with accused University Heights shooter Desmonte Leonard. Leonard is being held in the Montgomery County Jail awaiting a Sept. 22 trial for the shooting at the University Heights apartment complex that killed two former Auburn football players and an Opelika man on June 9, 2012.
