Report: NCAA approves return of voluntary athletic activities starting on June 1

On Wednesday, the NCAA's Division 1 Council voted to approve voluntary athletic activities in football and men's and women's basketball. The optional athletic activities can start on June 1 and run until June 30, as reported by Yahoo's Pete Thamel.
